Job description
PICKWICK ESTATES are looking for Estate Agent.
We manages and secures both commercial and residential buildings by occupying them with residential property guardians across the UK. Estate
Agent will work with individuals or couples with no dependents or pets and will market, promote and sell the concept of property guardianship to potential occupants in the London area and in doing so will conduct viewings, check ins, check outs. This is predominantly a sales role.
- Must own a car, with MOT and have a UK or UE driver licens.
- Full UK or Euro Driving licence and a maximum of 6 points.
- Have good spoken and written English.
Estate Agent will:
- Receive and respond to incoming emails, qualifying leads, assessing suitability
- You will have to meet with clients at different properties across London
You will have to meet with clients at different properties acrossLondon
- Log general repairs and minor installations at properties including lock changes etc.
- Ensure buildings are ready for occupation
- Take photos for marketing purposes
- Ensure units are cleared
Estate Agent will need:
- Suitable relevant experience
- Clean UK drivers licence
- To be presentable and professional
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong time management, reliability etc
- Good IT skills
