Job description
An enthusiastic, conscientious and hard working person is required to join our team as Laundry Assistant to work part time (12 hours) at Spetisbury Manor Luxury Retirement Home.
Standards are very high and a full appreciation and willingness to achieve this is necessary. Good attention to detail and careful and thorough ironing is required. We encourage staff to take real pride in their work.
We are very much a team and it is essential the successful applicant adopts this approach. Our clientele are elderly so a courteous manner and an understanding of the need for a degree of empathy is essential.
Candidates must be well presented, friendly and possess a cheerful disposition.
Experience in laundry work is preferable although not essential.
Additional housekeeping duties may be required.
2 days a week - 9.00am to 3.00pm
