The Team: The Latam Equities Team comprises specialist Equity Research Analysts and Salespeople who provide a global client base with their expert analysis and insight into Latin America. Based in London, Madrid and Cascais, the team are in the process of initiating coverage on > 100 stocks and have a longstanding track record with many of the world’s leading financial institutions. The Role: The role will involve a range of responsibilities spanning corporate access, logistics and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Organise and coordinate roadshows across multiple timezones Schedule meetings, prepare notes and structure meeting agendas Plan and organise conferences – sourcing venues, making travel arrangements, etc. Maintain presentation slides for client pitchbooks Update client relationship management systems and create distribution lists Assist with opportunity analysis and improve operational efficiency to ensure an optimal service Qualifications: Experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, or a support function in Equity Research or Sales Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail Data manipulating and reporting skills – sourcing and collating data from multiple systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – and experience with CRMs Proactivity and resourcefulness, with the desire and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. The ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous
