Avaliable Job Today The Princess Royal, A beautifully designed pub with dining, bar, private feasting rooms, stunning gardens by Jinny Blom and four individually designed bedrooms in the heart of Notting Hill. The acclaimed chef, Ben Tish, has created a menu inspired by the diverse cooking styles of the gloriously sun-drenched Mediterranean way of life, as well as a focus on seasonality and bountiful British produce.
We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join us at The Princess Royal. You will be curating menus with the help of our exec team while leading a fantastic group of chefs todeliver consistent quality produce. We have a strong ethos as a group to develop our chefs within the group, the perfect candidate will be able to nurture talent and be patient when trainingfuture Cubitt House Senior chefs.

The successful Head Chef will:
- Have experience leading a fine dining kitchen.
- Have the ability to adapt, change and learn on the job.
- Show a passionate desire to delight our guests.
- Enjoy working in a busy kitchen environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.
- Show initiative to take on new challenges and solve problems as they arise.
- Be happy to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work independently when required.
- Have or be getting a NI number and proof of their eligibility to work within the UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
