Complex Needs Support Worker (PMLD)

37.5 hours per week

£19,692 per year - £10.10 per hour

Who will I be supporting?

· Adults with complex needs – many of our participants use wheelchairs and are double incontinent and require exercise programmes and the use of specialist equipment through assessments provided by the local physiotherapist, as well as sensory engagement assessments provided by local OT’s, these are then used to provide individual schedules to support individual needs

· Supporting individual participants to get the most from activities that we provide, many of our activities take into account their sensory needs

· Enabling social interaction, with community based activities to promote a sense of belonging

· Staff receive a comprehensive training programme to ensure you are fully equipped to meet the needs of our uniquely individual participants

Other important information:

· An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Options for Life
