We are looking to fulfil various roles in the company to deliver projects nationwide:

General Operatives - with Tractor driving. No experience necessary, training provided.

Due to the nature of the business long hours are worked - often 12 hour days from 6am -6pm, however this could vary based on job location and workload. We do stay away on projects and although this is not mandatory it is very favourable. We offer flexibility when staying away and will try and implement a rota or provide a mix of local and staying away work, however this is not guaranteed.

We work Saturday's when busy, predominately between August - November, generally a 6-3pm shift will be worked on a Saturday.

No experience in Agriculture or Civils is required, however a keen eye for quality and a good work ethic is required.

Training provided - NPORS/CPCS standard. Driving Licence required

Pay is hourly and will be confirmed post interview dependant on experience, performance based bonus scheme, weekly pay.

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
