Job Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager within an Automotive/Motorsport setting or have a keen interest for the industry?
We are working with one of our well established and successful client based between Aylesbury and Milton Keynes who supply products to the heart of motorsport. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Sales & Marketing Manager with a passion for motorsport. Within this role you will be heading up as well as driving sales/marketing. You will be given free reign to develop the function from the ground up with interpreting the market, identifying new opportunities and partnerships, motivating the account management team whilst implementing a sales/marketing strategy.
Requirements:
· Develop & launch the a sales/marketing strategy
· Develop a list of new market opportunities whilst keeping up to date with industry changes
· Lead the marketing and selling process to drive performance and success from the Account Managers
· Work with potential customers regarding products, giving the business a commercial and quality advantage
· Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, measure conversion and activity
Specification:
· Previous experience working within a similar setting
· Proven success within a sales and marketing role
· Great communication skills
· Strong leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £90,000.00 per year
