We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point of sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
- Receive and unpack shipments of merchandise
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
