Job title: Labourer (Nights)

Location: Harworth

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday 1800-0430

Friday 1300-0100 paid at overtime, 4 hours is mandatory

Overtime rate - £18.00

Hourly rate of pay (PAYE): £15.96

Duration: 12 Weeks Temp to Perm

Experience required:

• Prepping Steel
• Shot Blasting
• Grinding
• General Labouring

Key responsibilities:

• Physically Fit
• Confident, with the ability to prioritise and proactively manage your own workload
• Must be able to work as part of team and on your own initiative
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently and professionally communicate obstacles in order for the Operations Team to overcome them

The following applies to all workers paid on a PAYE basis.

How will you be paid?

You will be paid on standard PAYE (pay as you earn). There are no other deductions made to your pay outside of basic tax and national insurance. There is no charge for your payroll being processed.

How often will you be paid?

You will be paid on a weekly basis for the hours you completed the previous week.

Holiday Pay

Your holiday is accrued over a 52-week average at a rate of 12.07% of your hourly rate.
