Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Driver/Labourer to join our large, multi-skilled Trades team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an outstanding Labouring service, with a strong customer focus, within our multi-skilled Trades team. You must be adept at using, and working with, technology as you will be provided with a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) to assist you in your role. Through the PDA, you will be required to receive and understand allocated work tasks and complete the necessary follow up actions. Key responsibilities include:
· Providing general back up labouring duties to the responsive jobbing repairs and voids teams for occupied and void properties, including commercial work.
· Working as an individual or as part of a team on all aspects of building maintenance work, from minor repairs to larger one-off projects.
· Planning, co-ordinating and undertaking delivery of materials/operatives to and from sites.
· Using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to receive allocated work tasks and complete follow-up actions.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience as a trades operative in a strongly customer focused environment.
- Understanding of construction and maintenance work, plus Health & Safety.
- Ability to work with technology (such as the PDA).

DBS clearance will be required for this role.

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
