Job description
Are you bubbly, fun, creative, consistent, empathic, vocational and an organized team player? We need you for our new Children’s home which is due to open in Pitsea.
· You must have a minimum of level 3 or equivalent in childcare/Health & Social Care;
· Organised;
· Can work well independently as well as being part of a team;
· The ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times;
· The ability to communicate effectively and consistently;
· Maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times;
· For all successful candidates, we require to carry out the necessary DBS/reference checks and will not commence employment until satisfactory checks are made.

- Children's home/support worker: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (preferred)
