Bird Nason Contracting Group is currently seeking applications for experienced Labourers for a project near Vanderhoof B.C.
Project: Blackwater Gold - Construction of a gold mine crushing circuit and processing circuit
Location: Near Vanderhoof, BC
Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off, 10 hour per day
Wage: $23.68-$35.51 per hour as per Collective Agreement
Benefits and RRSP Provided as per Collective Agreement
Camp Provided
Travel Available if Applicable
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Cleaning and preparing sites, cleaning up debris.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms
  • Assist Carpenters and Cement Masons as required
  • Experience with concrete pours
  • Spotting Equipment
  • Dig trenches, shovel snow, gravel, and other materials
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor and use of hands and tools
  • Take instructions from immediate Supervisor to complete tasks as outlined daily
  • Assist skilled trades in various tasks
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial laborer experience assisting crews and spotting construction equipment
  • CSTS-09 or CSTS 20
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.68-$35.51 per hour

Edmonton, AB, Prince George B.C., Quesnel, B.C., Williams Lake B.C.
