Mainmark Ground Engineering (UK) Ltd is part of the Mainmark group of companies (HQ in Australia). It is an award-winning, privately-owned company which services projects throughout the UK and across Europe. The Mainmark group presents creative and effective solutions to many types of ground engineering problems in a wide range of sectors such as residential, industrial, commercial, civil engineering and mining.
This position is a full time 45 hours per week with an immediate start based on our Southern Depot depot near Winchester, this role requires nationwide travel with 2-4 nights overnight stays a week away.

The Technical Role
- Assisting the Site Supervisors in the delivery of Specialist Ground Engineering techniques.
- To be able to delivery our specialist Geopolymer injection services
- General site labour; Resin Injection, drilling, surveying, ground testing, defect identification
- General warehouse assistance, loading/unloading trucks and delivery vehicles etc.
- Compiling site documentation and taking project records.
- Outdoor based work on Residential and Commercial buildings across the country.
The Candidate
- Ideally previous experience/understanding of how buildings are constructed (construction background)
- The ability to operate, drilling, grouting rigs and machinery (and other tools as required)
- Work safely and securely in compliance with given information, organisational policies and procedures, and current health, safety and welfare legislation
- Work effectively and safely with others under minimum supervision with respect to others
- To follow verbal and written work instructions from supervisors and site managers & present information in aclear and concise manner
- Flexible due to early start hours and be prepared to travel.
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines both as part of a team and working on own initiative.
- Be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills (a good level of English is required)

- Reliable
Ideal (but not essential)
- H&S accreditations (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
- Full UK car licence
