URGENT - IMMEDIATE START !
We're looking for full-time SKILLED LABOURERS to join the team in Middlesbrough - starting as soon as possible.
We specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into HMOs and have multiple projects under construction - you'll need to be able to move between numerous projects at various stages of conversion. The position is mainly in the TS1, TS3, TS4 and TS5.
The roles are working on our current and upcoming conversions in Middlesbrough and will involve plasterboarding, chimney bridging, concrete lintels, steel beams, fixing floorboards, groundwork, snagging work and other general building tasks.
We’re looking for someone who’s a team player, has a "can do" / flexible attitude and is able to work well with multiple trades - whilst being equally reliable to work unsupervised – potentially on multiple projects at the same time.
These are FULL-TIME LONG-TERM positions; we work Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch – rate of pay is £100 a day.
