Job description

Job Purpose The FFT-G Worker role is to provide home-based family therapy sessions with young people and their families using the FFT-G intervention model. Referrals will be made by participating Boroughs for families with young people between the ages of 10 and 17 at risk of gang involvement and criminal exploitation. Workers will be required to carry a caseload of up to 6 families, providing services in their homes or in community settings for 3 to 6 months. FFT-G Workers will be trained, coached, and supervised in accordance with the FFT-G model by an FFT-G Consultant.

FFT-G is a licensed intervention and fidelity to the model is quality assured (www.fftllc.com). This position requires out of hours and flexible working to meet families when they are available. Appreciation of the local demography and culture will be valuable.
