ETME Construction Ltd is looking for a General Site Labourer/Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general labouring duties on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing sites, and assisting with the installation of various materials.
The ideal candidate will have a valid CSCS card, a good work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
There may also be a regular requirement to collect/drop off materials between sites and the depot so the candidate must have a valid driving licence ( a company van will be supplied).
Duties and responsibilities:
Duties:
- Assisting with the setup and clean-up of construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating basic hand tools and power tools as directed
- Assisting tradespeople with various tasks
- Driving company vehicle to various locations across Birmingham & surrounding areas
- Following health and safety guidelines on site
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Valid CSCS card
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations of the company
- Other duties as assigned by management

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

- Construction: Min 1 year (preferred)
