About our Outbound Sales Team

Our outbound team do not cold call, they follow up warm leads, focussing on optimising plan sales to people who have proactively enquired about our services. Our team use their organisational skills to optimise their contact rate and set hot call-backs to close sales which couldn’t be closed on first contact.

Our aim is not to hard sell, but to make it easier and more affordable for everyone to protect their quality of life, and their family.

Our team is tasked to meet and exceed individual targets across personal sales conversion rates and QA metrics. They provide prospective customers with accurate information on products that are clear, fair, and not misleading, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly. All our team members are expected to positively contribute to the success of the team, and ultimately the success of the Group.

So what does it take to join our Outbound Team?

You will have a proven track record of success working in an outboard sales team. You thrive in a highly target environment, and love to go the extra mile to deliver your targets. You are an absolute joy to work with, a strong positive communicator, who is very motivated, resilient, and has a huge drive for success, with a focus on attention to detail, and a strong desire to get it right first time.

We reward our team with a very competitive salary and benefit package.

Basic salary £27,030 pa with a generous uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £32,000 pa. Generous holiday 25 days plus BH, Life assurance, EAP, Bupa medical cash back, Pension, and exceptional training to provide the tools for success.
