Job description
Cooper & Westgate are a well established building company who are looking for a groundworker with all around experience to join our team on a permanent basis.
The works that you would be expected to undertake would be general gound works on new build sites, Portakabin sites and domestic sites around York and the surrounding area.
What you will need:
- Blue/ labourers CSCS Card holder
- NVQ relevant to role
- Minimum 3-years’ experiance
- Self-motivated and have good communication skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Full, driving license – will need to travel to various construction sites
- First aid would be advantagous
- Plant qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.80-£19.67 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- York, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
