Job description
Role – Labouring role
Location – close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Days and Night shifts available
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Rate of pay – £10.45 per hour – Plus shift allowance on top for shift work.
Our long standing client is a reputable and prestigious organisation who is looking for a Labourer to join their busy workshop team.
Main duties will include –
Helping to clean and maintain the workshop in conjunction with personnel
Helping to process Components through the Aqueous Washing Machines, before weigh counting them in readiness for the next process.
Chamfering Bars and Loading the correct Bars onto the Machines.
Processing the Swarf through the RUF Briquetter.
Sorting Components for defects as and when necessary.
Forklifting Material and Pallets as required.
Driving, typically short, but some longer journeys, as and when necessary.
Any other duties that may be required instructed by the Line Manager
Candidate attributes –
Full Clean Drivers Licence
Current Fork Lift Licence – Counterbalance
Experience within a Production and Warehouse environment
