The importance of your role.

This is your chance to be part of something a bit different. You’ll help our customers really feel good, giving them feel good moments that will keep them coming back to our stores, and drive our sales – and we think that’s a great opportunity.

You’ll really enjoy spending time with customers, whether it’s demonstrating how to use a product or helping them find a new eye cream that they might not have considered before. As the in-store expert you’ll let them know about all the latest in store promotions, and give them a really great shopping experience. Friendly and helpful, you’ll let our customers know that you’re always on hand to help with anything they need.

What you’ll be doing day to day.

Be our expert. You’ll get to know new product ranges that have just hit the shelves, and which sought after items are on trend, having either been featured online or in magazines. It’s all about helping our customers feel good, and finding products they’ll really love - whether they know what they’re looking for or not, you’ll be there to offer some really great advice.

Love our brand. As a Boots ambassador you’ll inspire your store teams, and our customers with your energetic and friendly service. Even if it’s a friendly chat or a small piece of advice, you’ll help put our customers at ease.

You’ll add to our sales, beating your targets and going beyond expectation. This will benefit our customers in the products and services we can offer, and also add to the success of your store. You’ll be part of helping us thrive as a business.

How will you do it?

Make our customers feel really good - it’s more than just answering their questions, it’s about giving our customers a really great experience. It’s the little things that make a real difference, like trying out a product before they buy it, or reminding them to use their Boots Advantage Card because there’s double points that weekend.

Work closely with the in store team, passing on your product knowledge when they need it and help them when you can. Take care in making sure the store looks tidy, so it’s a warm and inviting environment to shop in.

What you’ll need to have.

We’re looking for really great people, with a friendly personality. It’s all about working together as one great team – after all it’s our people that are at the heart of our business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to add to your own development, and a chance to learn more about us as a business. It could open up even more opportunities with us. You’ll need to be passionate about beauty and our products, along with really great customer service skills. But it isn’t just about experience, we’re interested in seeing a bit more, the real you – and that makes us all feel good.

Our Diversity and Inclusion commitment

Diversity and inclusion is at the centre of everything we do. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce. We offer a variety of flexible working patterns to support our colleagues to achieve a good work life balance.
