About the role

Exciting opportunity to be the first inhouse KYC/KYB Analyst at incard and play a key role in leading the onboarding process of our incoming users. We will need you to have :

  • A degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration;
  • Prior experience in a dynamic (FinTech) environment;
  • 3+years in similar dedicated KYC/KYB role;
  • CAMS / ICAP is a plus;
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of EU and UK AML regulations (US exposure is a bonus);
  • Strong analytical skills, solution and detail-oriented, with IT affinity;
  • Outstanding organisational and motivational skills and the ability to think and act across functions;
  • A flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative relationships;
  • Able to balance numerous tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our compliance team, operational teams (in different time zones), customer support team, internal engineers, designers and product managers to onboard customers and review customers as compliant with relevant regulations;
  • Work with our third party providers to ensure the customer onboarding procedure is smooth;
  • Assess and decide on a case-by-case basis measurement should be taken with regard to special investigations, and instruct the operations team that follow-up, execute and pass exceptions into standard processes;
  • Capture, analyze and document findings and business cases;
  • Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements;
  • Assist to interface with IT on the solution design, assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria, proceed with the testing and testing documentation development;
  • Guide the solution and all stakeholders through implementation;
  • Support and follow-up on investigation of questions, issues, defects and escalations.
