Job description
Mi Chaii is looking for a passionate Kitchen Staff for our Birmingham branch.
We are looking for the cream of the crop in customer service.
We want brand ambassadors who will deliver an outstanding customer experience, whip up chaii's and cook up street food like a boss.
We are the emerging as a leading Chaii/Street Food restaurant with 6 sites across the UK and more exciting plans for expansion.

The right people will have experience in a store environment and customer service.
They will ooze Mi Chaii passion and have enough positive energy to go around the table.
The Role:
-Preparing our amazing street food in our fully equipped kitchen
-Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene in store
-Working as a part of a team to meet our store standards and targets
-Being a brand ambassador and example to your team members and customers
The Successful Candidates:
-Proven experience in retail/hospitality and previous experience of working in a kitchen
-Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and procedures
-Attention to detail when it comes to our products
-Friendly and positive attitude
-Great work ethic and able to work well in a team
-Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
-A passion for world-class customer satisfaction and service
-Great communication skills
-Flexible and willing to travel (to other stores for openings and events)
-Able to work evenings and weekends and will be required to stay at least 1 hour after closing to ensure the store is left clean ready for the next day. Please note the store closes at 12 pm.
