Job Summary
A creative role supporting the Creative Manager and Creative Supervisor across UK & EMEA markets, in all campaign material development and activation across delegated Studio brands.
Working across Theatrical, Streaming and Home Entertainment campaigns to support the timely development and delivery of EMEA and local campaign creative in accordance with specific cross-discipline marketing, publicity & trade plans.
Reports to and supports the Creative Manager on campaign deployment for the EMEA and UK market, with a focus on publicity event design/production, exhibition special projects
Helping markets with creative briefing to the US, gathering materials requirements (spanning AV, digital and print materials) and reporting on final campaigns.
Additional support for the production manager across UK/EMEA as necessary.
Brand focused with a main brand responsibility, but where dictated by slate, will support on other brand campaigns.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
- Creative Manager and Supervisor support in the creation of bespoke local creative marketing, event, and trade materials for use across multiple channels (online, in-theatre, on screen, concessions, promotions, experiential, event, and retail).
- Information gathering and communications distribution across the full creative materials spectrum between Creative Managers, Production Manager, vendors, and wider marketing/publicity teams.
Seeks & collates creative comments & approvals between Disney teams and agencies, communicating amendments effectively, logging and reporting in conjunction with the creative manager/supervisor. - Work with agencies to design and produce marketing campaign materials
- Design and produce documents in a presentable format which aid the reporting up and across stream of creative campaign deployment (briefing and creating decks / supporting wider studio marketing function as directed)
- Supports manager in ensuring that all creative delivery is on time and in-line with budget and marketing strategy.
- Reporting on costs, timing, effectiveness, efficiency, raising POs.
- Assist manager/supervisor in communication of EMEA and UK Studio creative positioning (up / downstream and XLOB).
- Attend meetings with Brand Mar-Comms teams, with vendors, XLOB, Strat sourcing, regional teams as instructed by Creative Manager/Supervisor.
The Experience We Require From You
- Relevant Theatrical, Streaming HE creative experience desirable
- Strong project planning and good time management
- Presentation and written communication skills
- Experience in dealing with regional markets is an added bonus
