A Purpose Driven Company...

Our purpose at Maray is to make everyone feel like they belong.

We want people who align with our company values which are:

  • Care - to have the best interest of others at heart

Maray was born in Paris, and brought to life in Liverpool with a love of the humble falafel and the best cocktails.

We now operate two restaurants in Liverpool plus The One O’Clock Gun, a New York style pub-bar on the historical Royal Albert Dock. Sustainability is very important to us - which is why we are one of few independent restaurant group in the North West to be awarded two stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA).

We are a company that values its team members dearly, and wants to take them on our growth journey with us. We have plans to expand across the UK in the next few years, and for ambitious candidates, there will be opportunities aplenty to develop and grow.

We strive to be a company that is inclusive in terms of age, gender, identity, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and to create an environment where everyone, from any background, can be happy at work.

We encourage those from underrepresented groups to apply.
