Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. The ideal candidate should be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all cookware, dishes, and utensils on a daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Assist the chefs in food preparation activities
- Remove and dispose of kitchen waste in a safe and hygienic manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene
- Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
