We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Stafford London Hotel.

About the role, what will I be doing?

  • Manage daily operational and qualitative aspects in the kitchen
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all floors in and around the kitchen areas
  • Maintain the pot/plate wash areas in accordance to Health, Hygiene and Safety regulations
  • Store crockery and all cooking utensils correctly
  • Follow the daily cleaning tasks and report any damaged items to the kitchen supervisor
