Kitchen Porter required for an award winning gastropub in Tooting Broadway. The role is flexible with working hours and includes some great benefits. Progression is important and this would be an ideal position for any candidate who would like to progress into cooking in a professional kitchen.
Roles of the Kitchen Porter include:
Cleaning of plates and pans during food service.
Assisting the chefs on duty with preparations of food.
Maintenance of cleanliness standards in the kitchen including deep cleaning.
Assisting with the cleanliness of all back of house areas on the site.
