Job description
To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times.
All staff are expected to care for our Customers in a Friendly, helpful, efficient and professional manner at all times.
· Cleaning of all pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
· Washing of floors, walls and stoves.
· To be vigilant with any objects, spillages that could result in injury of yourself or other personnel.
· Storage of vegetables, meat and other food stuffs
· To comply with all reasonable requests, from kitchen, restaurant staff and management
· To adhere to COSHH and Health & Safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others
· To adhere to the Kitchen cleaning schedule and record tasks
· To attend all training sessions as arranged by your Department Head or The Human Resource & Development Office.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
