- To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders/customers to understand the business requirements for configurations and implementation. This includes gathering the information required to inform and prepare user stories.
- To work as an integral part of the internal delivery team to scope, prioritize, estimate, and plan product enhancements to drive maximum benefit as soon as possible.
- To design, complete and test product configuration in line with agreed client requirements, whilst adhering to the agreed Business Analysis quality standards process which sees all configuration testing prior to deployment to live.
- To analyze the effectiveness of solution deployments, monitor defined success outcomes, ascertain potential areas of improvement, and create MI reports for external customers.
- To provide ongoing support to existing customers
- To collaborate with operational teams, sales and account management teams, customers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into bespoke solutions
- Maintain and agree a configuration and implementation schedule with stakeholders based on agreed prioritisation criteria.
- Work with the development and delivery team to design, create, implement and test solutions/deployments in accordance with customer business requirnts.
- To conduct regular data analysis of currently deployed solutions with a view to ascertaining possible areas of improvement and/or the potential for contract growth with existing clients.
- To conduct MI reporting to existing clients, in accordance with their requirements and to include agreed success criteria.
- Support clients by dealing with system usage issues, early deployment assistance, occasional system training and basic account administration.
- To test new features and bug fixes and feedback issues to the development team.
- To assist with the management and improvement of our extensive incident and liability libraries/databases.
