ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Human Resources Operations Analyst will unite new and legacy processes by partnering closely with the HR team, preparing data to facilitate payroll processing, and acting as the main stakeholder in the new hire onboarding process. This role will liaise with all departments within HR to promote a frictionless employee experience, data integrity across systems, and a partnering with a problem solving/growth mindset.
Job Duties:
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, processes, and systems in a multi-state environment
Provide seamless and client focused aid to our employees, acknowledging questions and resolving issues timely, throughout the employee lifecycle
Partner closely with the HR centers of excellence to hold up people programs
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows
Participate, contribute, and conduct the proactive review and implementation of process improvements
Keep up with the review of Employee Handbooks, including partnering with policy owners/reviewers across departments, identifying federal and state regulation changes and international variations, and suggesting how to make the document more effective and comprehensible
Maintain employee data, including processing changes, auditing the data, and aiding future self-service initiatives
Prepare changes for payroll, and realize the downstream impacts of HR data on payroll and finance
Hold up immigration program, processes and initiatives
First point of contact for employee benefits and systems issues
Keep up HR systems by identifying process improvements, assisting with updates and testing new features
Complete new hire onboarding process from beginning to end, including but not limited to new hire tracker maintenance, new hire communications, hiring manager communications, background check and fingerprinting clearance and IT partnership
Ability to communicate well across all organizational levels
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
Skills Needed:
3-5 years of progressive human resources experience
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience required
Computer proficiency in Google Suite of products
Excellent command of Excel and it’s functionality
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Critical thinking, data inspection and ability to multitask
Experience in Workday HRIS at the HR Partner or HR Operations level is a must
