About the Role
Our award-winning Culinary Team are at the hub of our business and have a new opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join them, overseeing our Associate Canteen. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy Associate Canteen, stocking up equipment such as blue roll, cleaning equipment and liaising with maintenance regarding any faulty equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Restocking canteen amenities such as sauces napkin holders,
Deep cleaning before food is served where required.
Making sure clean cutlery, serving equipment and crookery is ready and available.
Replenishing food when required
Deep cleaning of the canteen at the end of lunch and dinner service.
Replenishing stock and equipment.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual with strong communication and team working skills. Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of food hygiene and how to maintain a safe working environment however, full training will be provided.
Salary
This is a casual opportunity until 9th October 2023, working up to 25 hours per week between 10.30 am and 3.30 pm, 5 days out of 7. There will be an element of weekend working for this position. An hourly rate of £11.77 is offered plus a range of associate benefits.
