Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· As directed by the Chef and Assistant Chef assist in the delivery of all meals as required to our clients and staff team.
· Assist in the preparation and production of all meals.
· Staying ontop of washing up & kitchen cleanliness.
· Serving as and when required.
Safety of clients and our team onsite.
· As directed by the Chef and Assistant Chef ensure that work undertaken follows our safety procedures and policies as required in the Company’s Standard and Local Operating Procedures.
· Take part in training and induction to ensure safe working.
· As directed by the Chef and Assistant Chef carry out catering equipment checks; ensure any faulty/damaged equipment is repaired or reported for repair.
