Job description
Our client, based in Crumlin, is currently seeking additional people to join their team. As a production operative, you will work as an integral part of a friendly team in a factory with modern facilities. This is a long-term role that could progress to a permanent position following a successful qualifying period. No prior experience in production, manufacturing, or warehousing is required as full training and induction will be provided.
As a production operative, you will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing process. Your duties may include machine minding, manual handling, wrapping goods, general housekeeping, and compliance with health and safety policies. Full training will be provided to ensure you perform your tasks effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Minding: Ensure the smooth operation of machines.
Manual Handling: Handle materials and goods as required.
Wrapping Goods: Prepare products for packaging and shipping.
General Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
Hours & Pay:
4 on 4 off shift pattern:
2 days (18:00 - 06:00)
2 nights (18:00 - 06:00)
£10.92 per hour
£45 attendance allowance per week
