Catering - Retail
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to be a key part of the leadership team overseeing a variety of Catering outlets at our Sutton Bonington Campus near Loughborough. You will be instrumental in coaching and empowering the team to deliver a range quality dishes and will engage with your customers and the team to create a positive environment to both visit and work in. Your behaviours will demonstrate exceptional operational standards and you will harvest and nurture those expectations from others in your team.
As a commercially aware leader you will be familiar with managing budgets and have a proactive approach to driving sales through menu development and excellent customer service, driving covers during peak times. You will be comfortable in a large fast-paced kitchen where you will lead by example and will apply energy and enthusiasm to lead the team.

Hours of work are full-time, 36.25 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Job share arrangements may be considered.
