Retail Assistant – 24.5 hours per week, £19,200 per annum pro rata. Actual salary £12,544
As a Retail Assistant, your role is to provide an exceptional service to our donors, supporters and customers. Your days will be fast paced and varied; you could be greeting and serving our customers, sorting the incredible donations, pricing, and steaming, all while working alongside our amazing volunteer team members. Your flexibility and adaptability is key. If you are hard-working, calm and enthusiastic, this role could be for you! To join our Retail Team, you will:-
- Be a great communicator

- Have a positive, creative and flexible approach to work
- Be committed to helping to achieve targets, whilst maintaining health and safety and our standard operating procedures
- Promote the wider work of the hospice
