Boston is now 25 soulful cafes serving the best in breakfast, brunch, and lunch and our coffee is another level. We want our cafes to be the best place to work in hospitality, which means we need a fantastic team who share our values to get there!
What you’ll be doing…
As a Kitchen Manager you will lead a team of curious and talented individuals that work hard and relentlessly to deliver outstanding food to our customers. Every dish is lovingly prepared one plate at a time to deliver outstanding service to our customers. The best bit? The ingredients you use are of the highest order, we use only free ranges eggs, high welfare pork and are always looking to consciously make decisions about our menu that have a positive impact on regenerating the planet.
You are supported by an assistant kitchen manager and an army of honest, empathetic, authentic, and determined team, where you will nurture their curiosity and coach them to success. We are in the business of people, and as a kitchen manager at Boston, this is at the forefront of every decision you make and success you celebrate.

You’ll get
- A salary of up to £33,000 plus Tips paid fortnightly, with most earning up to 65p extra an hour !
- 28 days holiday a year inclusive of bank holidays plus Christmas day and boxing day off (we are closed)
