Technical Support Analyst, Configuration
London/Hybrid
Circa £45k + bonus + benefits
Low Code, Automated Testing, CI/CD, Git
Technical Support Analyst /Configuration Analyst is sought by thriving insurance group in the City of London. This role will see you providing technical support and confirmation on an insurance rules engine. You will work closely with the development teams and underwriters as well as translating requirements into configuration and implementing those requirements using low code tools.
Joining the Engineering Team, you will be at the heart of implementing and leading the development team which is defining the future of digital insurance interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within agile teams of developers, testers, business analysts, architects and project managers to deliver constant value to the business
- Work with Business teams to translate requirements into configuration and implementing those requirements using low code tools
- Support application releases and software deployment
- Personally deliver exceptional technical configuration
- Help the configuration of all test and production environments and ensure all application configuration is up to date
- Ensure all integrity of all environments; configure to specific test/release cycle and working closely with QA and DevOps to verify this
- Investigate, analyse and raise tickets for reported configurations
- Take technical designs and guidance from the solution architecture team and implement those while ensuring adherence to the long-term technical vision
- Attend Product training courses
- Responsibility for keeping up to date with Releases / Patches / Changes to the Product(s)
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFE methodologies including design, configuration and deployment
- Experience working with Architects, Business Analyst, Project Managers and Products Owners and understand their roles within the SDLC
- Experience working in a business facing role
