YOUR ROLE ON SET:
· Assist with tentage assembly when moving into a new location.
· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all BOH areas. Ensure external hard surfaces are swept and free of debris (Use power washer when able to do so).
· Ensure cardboard is broken down and waste streams are sorted correctly. Keep the rubbish area clean at all times & empty small external bins when full - wash out weekly.
· Ensure all Cambro/insulated food boxes are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day.
· Ensure all external wastewater containers are emptied and cleaned daily.
· Clean all mobile trolleys and white 6ft tables daily.
· Transport equipment between the BOH & FOH when required.
· Assist with the decant of food and disposable deliveries from boxes into the ration vehicle (Or designated area) and fridge vehicle.
· Undergo Food Hygiene Training, COSHH and Health & Safety Training and periodic refresher training as necessary
· Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the smooth and efficient running of the service.

THE MUST HAVES:
- Have the eligibility to work in the UK
- Own transport and driving licence
- Can do attitude
- Self Motivated and encouraging
