This is our latest opportunity for a full time 40 hours a week Monday - Friday Position.
Hours are 07.00-3.30pm.
Salary: £10.51 per hour

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
. To clean and replenish kitchenettes
· Check in deliveries and put away in appropriate area.
· Clean pots, all catering utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware
· Vegetable and salad prep
· Assist Head chef with any reasonable task.
· Clear restaurant trollies
· Replace clean crockery, cutlery, equipment to the correct areas
· To maintain the necessary standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance.
· Remove refuse to outside area.
· Clean refuse bins throughout kitchen and pot-wash and refill with bag.
· Sweep and mop pot-wash floor.
· Clean and sanitise restaurant tables.
· Complete daily cleaning tasks as per the cleaning schedule.
· Complete weekly cleaning tasks as per the cleaning schedule.
· To work as part of a team within the catering service.
· To support all company policies and to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety at Work Regulations, Food Safety Act Regulations and COSHH Regulations.
· To participate in the arrangements for performance review and appraisal.
· To perform any other duties, commensurate with the grade of the post, as directed by the head chef/ management.
