Working in our kitchen in the famous Blackpool Tower feels pretty unique, but also fun and exciting. Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best and are guest focused.
What we are looking for
- Previous kitchen assistant experience (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work and remain calm under pressure
- A relevant food safety qualification would be an advantage but not crucial as training will be provided
This is a busy kitchen role primarily prepping Afternoon Tea’s throughout the day. On a typical day you could be preparing a selection of sandwiches, scones, and cakes, making sure they are perfectly presented before being served by our hosts, adhering to all food safety policies and regulations. You’ll also ensure all areas are kept clean and well stocked, working well within the team to promote a culture of fun.
These are seasonal, temporary, fixed term positions to support us during the main 2023 season. Times of shifts will vary and will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and bank and school holidays. Contracts will start from June and run through to November.
