As an established provider of care services, we are a highly professional organisation whose ethos revolves around quality, as well as having the wellbeing and care of residents as our highest priority.

You will join our team as a Kitchen Assistant as a member of our kitchen team. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding service and support our chefs in running and organisation of the kitchen. You will help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, washing and drying dishes and kitchen utensils.
You will have a keen interest in working in a kitchen with fresh food and ideally experience in a similar environment. You will also have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Level 2 Food Safety would be desirable.
We also offer a range of free Employee Benefits available including a 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme, so why not come and join our team and help us make our home a great place for our Residents.
Please note that all applicants who are offered employment will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check.
We aim to create the right environment which supports the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents despite the complexity of their dementia, enabling residents to maintain their rights, identity and independence as individuals whilst creating a spirit of trust and confidence in our professional standards. At Kenton Manor, we aim to be honest, transparent, fair and ethical in everything we do in putting the individual first.
Our experienced and professional team pride ourselves in taking a ‘person centred’ approach to our work, personalising our service to each individual.
There are so many benefits to moving into care including around the clock specialist care and assistance, companionship, and for many, the renewed confidence and independence that having a team of dedicated support staff can bring.
