Job Title: Digital Analytics Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available
Salary Range: £50,000 - £58,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote

As Digital Analytics Manager, you will form part of our Digital Marketing team, reporting into our Digital Journey Manager, working closely with our UX/UI experts and Digital Designers to identify opportunities to improve our customer journey. Using our Analytics tools, you will drive business performance and customer engagement of the websites across Ageas Direct Brands. Responsible for the line management of two Digital Analysts, you will interpret data, reporting and identify opportunities to improve our customer journey, ensuring all changes are underpinned and driven by numbers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide detailed insights and recommendations into customer behaviour, online journeys, conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis using web analytic tools and other data sources.
- Define and develop the web analytics roadmap and capabilities for Ageas.
- Take ownership of the online optimisation programme, driving prioritisation from robust analysis of performance and providing on-going reporting on the success of the testing
- Identify key areas of focus to optimise and drive performance of the aggregator journey working closely with the Commercial Team to deliver positive commercial performance.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Digital team on analytics requirements and measurement for product launches, regulatory change, small change and project delivery.
- To take responsibility for managing, coaching and developing team members to ensure that the team feels highly valued, engaged and motivated.
- Managing relationships with digital media partners and presenting opportunities to establish new relationships.
What you will need to succeed as our Digital Analyst:
- Extensive experience managing web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sessioncam for high volume, transactional websites
- Expertise in building dashboards and data visualisations through, but not limited to, Excel and Google Data Studio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally
- Highly commercial outlook with exceptional problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- Be a self-starter and team player, with ability to work autonomously and prioritise efforts on the things that matter most for customers and our business
- Flexible and adaptable with an ability to drive change forward in the business through strong influence of business areas
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations and plans for business growth
- Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online critical metric CX data into impactful insights and execute upon them
- Determination to deliver with a proactive, creative approach to development and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship building skills, across all business functions

- Previous Line management experience
- Experience working in agile environments and use of appropriate tools
- Experience in Financial Services
