The role…
As a Keyholder in our business, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the General Manager and the smooth day to day running of all operations
- Leading and coaching the team in an approachable way, and being available to coach and support staff when necessary
- Being responsible of all areas of the business whilst on shift - overseeing speed of service, staffing levels and stock levels and above all Customer Satisfaction
- Dealing well with customer complaints or issues, in a calm and responsible way, always aiming to resolve and exceed expectations
- Communicating often and consistently between departments and at handovers
- Driving consistently high standards of service, drinks and food
