Key Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager within the Automotive/Events Industry. Everyman Racing the largest supplier of driving experiences and events, currently supplying over 200,000 drives per year. We operate from our own facility at the Prestwold driving centre which is based in Leicestershire at our purpose-built race circuit. We also operate from many other prestigious race circuits in the U.K such as Goodwood, Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill, Mallory Park and many more locations.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key clients and our internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints efficiently and effectively in order to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client’s long-term goals.

- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
- Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
