Are you an experienced Key Account Manager who can develop strategic plans to grow revenue, margin and volume within designated national/key accounts? As we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to cover a 12-month fixed-term contract with a sound commercial understanding, who has the ability to identify growth opportunities across DD’s range of products of services within designated accounts. You will negotiate contract extensions, price increases across various service spaces and host meetings up to a national procurement level that will benefit both DD and the customers. Working with some of the biggest accounts in the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is results orientated and has a passion for winning.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a strong relationship between your portfolio of customers and internal stakeholders at DD Group.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, possibly for use in future case studies or company training.
- Create a strategic plan for all accounts and provide the report on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager. Analysing customer data, ensuring full coverage of designated accounts.
- Resolve key client issues and complaints, ensuring the CRM system is updated and accurate.
- Negotiate contracts & price increases with the client and establish timelines to measure performance.
- Manage the relationship for all DD Group services; engineering, handpiece repairs, equipment, orthodontics, facial aesthetics, consumables and any other revenue streams DD Group may develop
