We are looking for an organised and committed account manager to grow our Agency and TMC accounts. Building relationships and problem-solving with our partners represent our brand and are key to the continued success of Blacklane. You can be based in any of the following locations: Berlin, London, Barcelona.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Communicate their requirements internally and work with Blacklane colleagues across departments, to fulfil them
- Find innovative solutions to support the growth of accounts maintaining both our standards of service and commercial balance
- Train and educate our partners on the Blacklane product and solutions
- Leading regular meetings (virtual or on-site) with our partners to maintain and grow the partnership
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
ABOUT YOU:
- Ability to manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong team player and relationship-oriented
- Highly motivated and ambitious, with a bias for action
- Target and numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Advanced skills with using Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint
- Safe handling of common sales tools, e.g. Salesforce
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic
