Tradebe are looking for a Home-Based Key Account Manager in the UK.
As a Tradebe Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts within your region, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience alongside profitable sales and growth.

The Role:
- Managing, delivering and exceeding all sales targets for a defined scope of industrial customers in key target markets
- Building environmental hazardous waste solutions that meet and exceed customers’ business and environmental needs, delivering mutual value for both customer and Tradebe
- Managing key accounts throughout the contract cycle, navigating internal governance process and developing proposals that demonstrate how Tradebe’s offer meets both tactical and strategic customer need
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues, leading opinions on circularity and emerging technologies, and using this to influence both customers and internal stakeholders
- Driving a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy in key target markets through personal activity and leveraging the wider team
- Influencing in key target markets to create incremental sales opportunities across Tradebe’s infrastructure.
- Developing and driving account management plans to develop and grow key accounts delivering committed volume to Tradebe treatment infrastructure
- Identification of industrial producers in key target markets, nurturing relationships to build a qualified pipeline to support sales growth.
- Maintenance of pipeline and forecasting utilising business CRM systems
