The purpose of this Key Account Manager role is to expand the new B2B arm of Reckitt business solutions across the UK. And to launch our brands into new distributor & customers across the Office, Jansan & Horeca verticals in the UK B2B market.

  • Acquisition of new accounts in target verticals

  • The KAM is accountable for delivering the P&L for the given partner portfolio across Health & Hygiene business units in the UK market.

  • S/he will negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy.

  • Define and negotiating pricing strategy to be executed with different partners in the given geography, including Rebate management process

  • Work closely with B2B Area and Central team to provide input on Sales initiatives, global strategy workshops & innovation projects

  • Define distribution network for relevant vertical in market & discover white space opportunities

  • Conduct business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyze it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions.

  • Compliance monitoring on commercial terms

  • Management of multiple, potentially conflicting, customer relationships


Required Skills

  • Experience of customer development and key account management

  • Experience of developing relationships with new clients.

  • Strong P&L and forecasting skills

  • Strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships

  • Good team player with a positive outlook on work and Can-Do attitude.

  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial, fast learning agility and result orientation
