If you want to learn more about quantitative and qualitative research practices, we’re looking for exceptional graduates, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join us as Junior Analysts.
This role is within the Analysis and Reporting team, supporting the running or employee research programs in some of the world’s largest organisations, informing C-suite leaders on how to shape engagement, culture and leadership strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and interesting role including:-
- Acting as a data champion, providing guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders on data-related issues
- Data analysis and interpretation to support insight development
- Analysing vast amounts of data from across various areas of the business, finding trends through deep dive analytics and statistical modelling
- Leverage data and analytics to solve complex problems and inform decision making
- Use different analytics tools to understand and breakdown large data to extract impactful insights
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manne
About you…
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Confident providing insights and conveying tech terms in digestible jargon
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working effectively within a team as well as independently, exercising a high degree of autonomy
- Drive, commitment, and a desire to progress and learn
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
