JOB TITLE: Junior Developer
SALARY: £45,054 - £50,060
LOCATION(S): Dundee
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this opportunity
Do you have a passion for technology and problem solving? We are seeking to recruit recent graduates within STEM to join our technology team as Junior Developers and embark on an exciting journey through our new training program. This is an entry level role and as a Junior Developer you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment that nurtures your passion for technology and innovation. We are partnering with some of the best training in the market and you will be learning coding languages such as .NET, ReactJS, HTML, CSS and learning about UI & UX. We’ve carefully created this program to equip you will the necessary skills and knowledge to be a Junior Developer after just 32 weeks.
You will be given lots of learning opportunities to support your growth and development and will be mentored by a Senior Developer. Throughout the 32 weeks you will be given defined development plans. You will be joining us in Insurance, Pensions & Investments working for Embark in the off-platform team which drives the technology solutions and enables the business to maintain the highest levels of service to our clients whilst fully adhering to all regulatory standards and requirements.
